A warranty extension can be bought at any time up to six months from purchase for new products or within thirty days for refurbished notebooks and desktop PCs.
The warranty extension will become active when the manufacturers or suppliers warranty finishes at the end of the first, second or third year. Warranty extensions are available for a further one, two, three or four years to provide total cover for a maximum of five years.
So for example an item coming with a one year manufacturers warranty a +2 year warranty extension will mean that you have cover for a total of three years.
Or as another example for an item coming with a three year manufacturer warranty a +1 year warranty extension will mean that you have cover for a total of four years.

Upgrade to Premium Auto Replace Service
- New replacement equipment is brought to site and once customer equipment is confirmed as faulty then the equipment will be replaced and the old equipment will be removed from site.
