A Care Pack can be bought at any time up to six months from purchase for new products.
The Care Pack includes a warranty extension from the end of the manufacturers warranty and includes a Hot Swap loan unit for the entire period of the cover.
Hot swap cover does not apply for the first 30 days from point of purchase of the care pack.
Care Packs are available for either 3 or 5 years.
